Despite all the negative reviews its not bad, just don't go in there with an attitude and expect 5 star customer service. They've been helpful every time I been there.
Woo!!!! I just left there. I always get good service from the clerks. Today, thank God, I arrived before they closed. Employee who closed & stands at the door was very gruff & mean to the people that came to the door late. Uncalled for behavior. I remarked to him " You must have had a bad day!!!!" He said "No, that's just how I am." Uh uh. Come on now, we all have situations but when you're in a customer service capacity, one should be more cordial.
I recently purchased an item and had it shipped to our villa, the carrier misread the label,according to the person who stands at the counter,and did NOT deliver my item, instead they sent it back to the sender. Upon questioning the person who stands at the counter says to me "we cant hold your mail" then turns around an walks away". Hey buddy hope your Thanksgiving is great ,cause you just ruined ours... no stars for this place absolutely terrible customer service.They should just close down, inept, and totally inexcusable treatment of customers. Only gave it one star because I had to.
These guys are returning very important mail adressed to myself back to the sender simply because the mail box where I live did not have my name on it. When the sender alerted me to this and I called this office to find out why this was happening, the man on the phone was very defensive and rude. I simply need my mail delivered to my mail box regardless of whether it has my name on it or not.
The substitute mail carrier was unable to deliver an important package to my address that was clearly written as apt. #4G. Apparently he/she could not find apt. #46. These mail carriers are void of common sense. I now must wait on this important medical supply to be returned to sender and re-shipped. I'm just praying it arrives this time.
