Worst insurance agency I have EVER dealt with! Customer service is poor and they NEVER answer their phones and if I happened to get lucky and got someone on the phone they sounded MISERABLE and were no help at all. The manager Bruce was incompetent and wanted to do nothing but argue with me and blame me for my issue instead of figuring out a solution. Please do not use this agency it will give you NOTHING but a headache!
I would leave 0 stars if i could where do I start. First they send me an email to charge me when I canceled last month. Then I call to tell them I cancelled and they tell me I need to write a letter when I was not notified that. I asked the rep back in August if I can cancel over the phone or needed to do anything else and he said nope your all set!! Lies lies lies!! Then I write the letter and email them to ask for the address . Then after replying three different times they ask for my proof of insurance i have now to cancel. I would of never had a problem of I was told which I WASNT! Very very unprofessional! Do not recommend! Don't waste your time!
Fast friendly service! I have called Rainbow Insurance every month, for almost 18 months now, and I have never experienced less than professional service. The agent I spoke with last, even referred me to another insurance company they do not even have relations with. An insurance agency referring you to another agency? That is what I call service, if I have ever heard the term used correctly. I will continue my business with Rainbow Insurance, for what I feel will be many years to come.
I have worked with this agency for six months now. I always do my business in person and I go to the same person. She is really nice. When I walk in there I do see alot of people and everyone is wearing a headset. It seems like a laid back environment and everyone looks that are talking on the phone working. My experience has been positive thus far. I gave them a three because the service is not great!
Called to cancel auto policy. Put on hold on four different calls for up to 25 minutes. No come back. Be aware of this companys runaround tactics. Would rate less stars if possible. Please save yourself some heartache.
