Absolute worst customer service I've ever seen and from the owner no less. Ordered flowers for Mother's Day from another state. Called to confirm since it was an online order. I guess paying customers are a burden to assist? He did not offer a greeting and he did not want to check on the order for me. Just kept saying, "Anything that came in is going out today. Everything is fine." I probably could have been ok with that answer if he was pleasant about it. He finally did check on it after barking questions at me, but he was not happy about it. It was very obvious that he was extremely annoyed. $100 for flowers, I would say I deserve to be treated better than that. No apology after I explained that he did not have to treat me that way and worst thing he did...he yelled at me and then hung up in my face...
These guys are a class act! Ordered a nice boquet to surprise my wife for our wedding anniversary. Everything was perfect, from quality, freshness, delivery, presentation, etc.!! Wife was sooooo happy.. couldn't recommend them more!
