Had a great selection but the employees are worthless. They couldn't answer any of my questions or were nowhere to be found when i needed help. I loved the store though. It was well stocked and clean.
I paid with cash and had to wait 15 minutes for my change. Always a line. Many times I have left the store without purchasing the items that I went in to buy.

Asked to hold a product, was told it was for the day. Moved mountains to make it on time. Upon arrival the item was sold. Rob, the store manager whom we spoke to and associated we're too lazy to check or place the item on hold when requested. Thanks for wasting our time, horrible customer service. It's almost as if the staff were just a bunch of warm bodies, standing around.
It's a great store especially around the holidays. Sheet sets. All kinds of great buys there. It's my toy store"!
