The single employee here is being exploited. The employee knows what they're doing but definitely needs help! Can't stress enough that you can't leave one person alone.
reserved the truck online, pickup was fast and friendly. the truck was little old and damaged but served it's purpose.
I had a problem at this location with getting my car I reserved a week in advance on time. I had to go to Enterprise to get a car due to the time restraints of my trip. I spoke with the main company and they refunded my money and credited me the difference between my enterprise car and what I would have paid at budget. Budget definitely corrected their mistakes and retained me as a customer. That is why I have edited my original review and added a couple stars. Although I had this one bad experience, over all I will still use Budget in the future.
There should be a no star option. Service is horrible and slow (only one person working) and the car you reserve weeks before is not even available. Go to another Budget or another company, you're better off.
