Have been a customer of Frenchies for 10+ years and always receive great service there! Fair prices, knowledgeable staff, and they do great work on my bike. In case you are not a people person you can always deal with one of their talking parrots ;) Highly recommend!
I came in with my bmx bike jus needing to change over my rear rim and also tire. They already were quoting me $30 which I thought was alot. This same service other shops have done for free. On top of that the 2 gentleman did not have much knowledge of bmx bikes or what they were even looking at really. On top of that the 1 gentleman got my axle bolt stuck in my rear hun and now i gotta purchase a whole new rim after jus buying this one. I believe they are good people and can do very good work on many bikes but if you have a bmx bike, DO NOT BRING YOUR BIKE HERE!!
Frenchie taught my 11 year old son how to ride by the second lesson! What a miracle worker! Loved our experience there!
This place is the absolute worst. Please avoid at all costs. The staff behind the scenes are awesome. They are excellent at fixing bikes but unfortunately the owner has all control and loves to overcharge. I cannot tell you enough how bad this place is because of the owner (grey beard). Please please please avoid and go anywhere else except this place. On top of it all the owner likes to make you feel like an idiot and does not realize that he has to compete with other stores and the INTERNET
Frenchy taught my teenage son how to ride a bike! I have been trying to teach him for years with no luck. I think he could probably teach absolutely anyone! Everyone at this bike shop is super nice, warm and friendly, and I would highly recommend it.
